Yamato-kai offers training for people who want to:
- Stay in shape
- Achieve performance in competition
- Relax after work

That means that among the members are all kind of persons from different areas but with one common goal: to have a healthy life.
The member age vary from 3 years old until 40+ years.

You join our club: if you have no idea about martial arts, have some training with martial arts or even if you are formal champion in competition. So we are not looking for knowledge from you ( although if you have it we are willing to hear about your experience and how achieved your successes ) because we think that is our part to do.

So if you care and you want to develop a healthy life come and join us.

Almost everybody in the club speak at least basic English. So in this direction you can be already sure that you will understand how to make the exercises and fell more relaxed.

Cupa Aquila va avea loc anul acesta pe 19 Decembrie

Pe data de 19.12.2009 la Giurgiu va avea loc editia 2009 a cupei de ju-jitsu semi-contact. Din partea clubului vor participa Sempai Trasca-Staicu Rinu Adonis, Constantin George, Titire Adrian, Gearap Roxana la Seniori iar la juniori Dumitrescu Costin si Maican Laurentiu.
Vom reveni cu noutati dupa concurs.
